This Webinar is a key part of a Japan Foundation Global Partnership Grant awarded to the Shelburne Craft School and Shelburne Farms (Vermont, USA) with Nishiawakura, a small village in Japan. These partners embrace sustainability through the power of integrating art, nature, and community.
This timely webinar will have four panelists: a Forest Manager/artist and Architect/Innovator from Nishiawakura and an Environmental Artist and Environmental Educator from Shelburne, Vermont. They will each have an opportunity to reflect on their joy, challenges, and integrity to model how rural communities address traditions, innovations, integration of arts, and sustainability. This webinar is a part of a Japan Foundation Global Partnership Grant and has been enthusiastically supported and endorsed by InSEA’s North American World Counselors, Asian World Counselors, and Asian Regional Council. Jonathan Silverman, IMAG co-principal editor and former InSEA World Counselor will facilitate.
