InSEA is a great organization where artists, arts educators and practitioners, scholars come together globally to share knowledge, experience and expertise in creative art education. The opportunity to represent InSEA is an honor in itself, promote InSEA in the region and to encourage organizations and individuals to be a part of one of the significant organization in creative art education.
Robert F. Hayden Jr. is a lecturer (core subject: art appreciation and humanities) and the director of Arts and Cultural Affairs in Lyceum University of the Philippines. He is the current President of the Association of Cultural Offices in Philippine Educational Institutions, Inc. (ACOPEI), Chair of the Cultural Affairs Committee of the South Manila Educational Consortium (SMEC) and a World Council Representative for Southeast Asia & Pacific of the International Society for Education through Art (InSEA) 2017-2019. Rob was a ballet/contemporary dancer and dance teacher/choreographer before venturing into the academe.
