Stories of Transformation
IMAG theme for Issue #12
The editors of IMAG are delighted to announce the theme for issue #12, Stories of Transformation. As art educators we have used our imagination and resilience to invigorate our practice and develop new habits of thinking and creating during a momentous year of change and unpredictability. We invite you to share your stories of how this global pandemic has inspired new perspectives for you, initiated unforeseen approaches to the creative process and your own art making, and/or sparked innovative ways to connect with students. We seek stories for a global audience of renewal, hope, and discovery in a time of transition. You will find the guidance for submissions on the InSEA website. We look forward to reviewing your visual essays!
Visual essays may include curricula activities, collaboration with artists and art institutions, community projects, or groundbreaking learning environments. The Deadline for submitting visual essays for Stories of Transformation IMAG issue #12 is July 23. Guidelines for visual essays and submission forms can be found on the website under Publications- InSEA Art Education VISUAL Journal- IMAG. http://insea.org/IMAGauthorGuidelines.docx.pdf
Please submit proposals to imag-editor@insea.org
